It looks like everything is going to come together on the new vehicle this week. The Explorer that was stolen should be ready either tonight or tomorrow. Duane (my dad) is going to take it to CarMax on Friday morning to get an estimate on trade in value, and then take it to the dealership to see what they can do. Hopefully they get the price all figured out on Friday, and then they will have to transfer the vehicle I want from another dealership. And I'm pretty picky about what I want. There are currently only 2 vehicles like it in a 300 mile radius. One is out at a dealership in Tomball, and it's actually the one I fell in love with. That's the one he's going to want to try to transfer. I'll post a picture of whatever I end up getting when I have it in my possession. It should be Saturday, but if not then I'll get it early next week - I can't wait!!

And things have started moving on the home front too. I'm actually going to look at houses tonight. SCARY and EXCITING all at the same time. There are 2 homes that are currently front runners in my mind... now I have to actually go see them. I'll keep y'all posted on that as well. A lot could be changing, and soon. It's CRAZY!! And on this front, a lot of people have asked if there's something wrong with me living with Meg and Scott. And there is nothing wrong on that front at all - that was just meant to be temporary from the get-go. They have been more than accomodating, and everything is working out just fine... It's just time to finally figure out what my next steps are going to be...

As far as the case goes, I have a call into my Asst. DA and I'm waiting to hear back from her. The adult certification trial should be in the next couple of weeks though...
