Couple of little updates...
Car: Heard back from insurance. Damage =$4700. BASTARDS. So it has to go in the shop and get fixed before we can trade it in, etc. It'll be a few weeks before I'm in anything new. For those wondering, my top contenders at the moment are a Ford Escape Hybrid or a Chevy Equinox.
Case: My officer is meeting with the DA in the morning. I should know more after that. That's all he could tell me today. But he said the case should be wrapping up soon. That gives me hope...

I love the Escape! And the Mazda version, the Tribute (they have a sporty version now!) And the Equinox is sharp! Good choice either way! Good luck getting those repairs done!

I'm looking at the Equinox too!! Glad you have plans for the future. Seems like things are getting closer to normal for you!! YAY!! And YAY about catching the bastards!!!
