The Adult Certification Hearing has been scheduled for July 6th at 9am. The only reason it would move from that date/time would be if the judge has another case in his docket that would take presedence. If it does move, it would more than likely move into that next week. Please pray for Mia Magness - the prosecutor in the case, and Judge Shelton as well.

Didja know that Mia was the prosecuting attorney for Clara Harris? I wonder if she is any way related to Molly Magness, a judge in Pasadena?

Nevermind about the judge thing, her name is Molly Maness, not Magness. Maybe Mia is related to the Magness family who are orthodontics down here? Useless info, I know. It's my specialty.
